A flow limiter reduces water consumption to an efficient 5l/min (at 3 bar) without compromising on performance. Water temperature is adjusted with a small lever on the side of the tap and can be limited with the use of an enclosed accessory – saving energy and minimising the risk of scalding. The hard-wearing GROHE LongLife chrome finish will sparkle for years. With less skin contact, it’s also hygienic and very easy to clean. This advanced mixer is simple to install – it only takes a few minutes – and the pre-settings are optimised for most ceramic washbasins and personal preferences. Cleaning mode is easily activated by covering the bottom of the sensor with a thumb, which temporarily locks the water flow. Combined with the GROHE Remote Control (36407001), additional settings are available, including automatic hygiene flushing and thermal disinfection. The tap's body is made from durable composite polymer, which is approved for drinking water, and as the touchless technology uses low-energy electronics the batteries last seven years.
